1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to StealthPad.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the StealthPad application and its related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using StealthPad, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

2 About StealthPad

StealthPad is a private note-taking application designed to help users create, organize, store, synchronize, and manage their personal notes.

StealthPad also provides Stealth AI, which offers AI-assisted features such as:

  • Summarizing notes
  • Extracting key points
  • Generating note content

3 Eligibility

You may use StealthPad only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

By using StealthPad, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4 Your Account

Certain StealthPad features require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Keeping your account credentials confidential
  • Maintaining the security of your device and account
  • All activity performed through your account

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

5 Your Notes and Content

You retain ownership of the notes and other content that you create and store using StealthPad.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, store, synchronize, or process through the application.

You agree not to use StealthPad to create, store, transmit, or distribute content that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes another person's intellectual-property rights
  • Contains malicious software or harmful code
  • Attempts to compromise the security of StealthPad
  • Impersonates another person or organization
  • Is otherwise unlawful or abusive

6 Stealth AI

StealthPad provides AI-assisted features including:

  • Summarize
  • Generate Notes
  • Extract Key Points

Stealth AI

AI-generated content may contain inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

Stealth AI should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

When you explicitly use an AI feature, relevant text may be transmitted through the StealthPad backend to the applicable AI service for processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7 Synchronization

StealthPad uses a local-first approach to note management.

Changes may be saved locally on your device before being synchronized with StealthPad's backend services.

Synchronization may be delayed when:

  • Your device is offline
  • Your internet connection is unavailable
  • StealthPad services are temporarily unavailable
  • Technical problems prevent synchronization

You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of information that is particularly important to you.

8 Privacy

Your use of StealthPad is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how StealthPad processes, stores, synchronizes, and shares information.

By using StealthPad, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

9 Security

Security

StealthPad uses technical measures intended to protect user information, including authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms where applicable.

However, no application, network, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices on your device and protecting your account credentials.

10 Intellectual Property

The StealthPad application, including its software, branding, logo, user interface, visual design, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to the developer unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from StealthPad or its proprietary materials except where permitted by applicable law.

Your own notes and content remain yours.

11 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to StealthPad or its backend services
  • Attempt to access another user's account or information
  • Circumvent security mechanisms
  • Interfere with the operation of StealthPad
  • Abuse or overload the application's APIs or infrastructure
  • Introduce malicious code or software
  • Reverse engineer the application except where permitted by applicable law
  • Use StealthPad for unlawful purposes
  • Use automated systems to abuse or interfere with the service

12 Third-Party Services

StealthPad may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including AI processing and email delivery.

Your use of features involving third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Additional information about third-party services and data sharing is provided in the Privacy Policy.

13 Service Availability

StealthPad is provided on an availability basis.

The application or some of its features may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Network problems
  • Server failures
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service outages
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

We do not guarantee that StealthPad will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.

14 Changes to the Service

StealthPad is an evolving application.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features or functionality as the application develops.

This may include changes to note management, synchronization, Stealth AI, authentication, or other features.

15 Account Suspension or Termination

Access to StealthPad may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect the security or integrity of the service
  • Investigate suspected abuse
  • Prevent unauthorized access
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Address serious violations of these Terms

You may stop using StealthPad at any time.

16 Data and Data Loss

Data and Data Loss

StealthPad is designed to store and synchronize your notes, but technical failures, device failures, connectivity problems, synchronization conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in information becoming unavailable.

You acknowledge that you should maintain independent backups of information that is particularly important to you.

17 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-Generated Content

Stealth AI uses automated systems to generate or transform content.

AI-generated content may:

  • Contain factual errors
  • Misinterpret your input
  • Omit important information
  • Produce unexpected results
  • Require editing or verification

You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use AI-generated content.

18 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StealthPad is provided without warranties or guarantees that the application will:

  • Always be available
  • Be completely error-free
  • Meet every particular requirement
  • Produce accurate AI-generated results
  • Prevent every possible loss or security incident

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

19 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of StealthPad.

This may include, where legally permitted, losses resulting from:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Synchronization failures
  • Device failures
  • AI-generated content
  • Unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20 Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as StealthPad evolves or as circumstances require.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date will be updated.

Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the application or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of StealthPad after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to the developer and the user's use of the service, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law.
